Deposit Policy
Our rates are calculated based on the number of occupants and the duration of your stay. Any changes to these details may impact the nightly rate applied.
Guaranteed Reservations
For online bookings, we require a valid credit card to secure your reservation. Your card will be charged in accordance with the terms specified in the rate at the time of booking. This charge will serve as both a reservation security and cover any potential cancellation or no-show fees. If no alternative payment method is provided upon check-out, this card will be used for all outstanding accommodation and related expenses, as well as any room damage charges. Advance purchase or prepaid rates will be charged at the time of booking, as indicated in the rate description.
Payment at Check-in
Upon check-in, we will request a valid credit card from the room occupant. If you intend to use a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel directly. Please note that we do not accept cash bonds or EFTPOS payments for bonds. Bond amounts vary depending on the hotel and the length of your stay.
Transaction Fees for Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments will incur a transaction fee to cover bank charges. The current fees are 1.5% of the total transaction for Visa and MasterCard, and 3% for American Express. These fees are subject to change, and you will receive confirmation of applicable fees during check-in.
COVID-19 and Accommodation Bookings
In accordance with our booking terms and conditions, a prepayment will be processed either 7 days prior to your arrival or at the time of booking, depending on the season. Please note that these prepayments are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend your reservation due to a COVID-19 lockdown or exclusion, we will offer a credit valid for 12 months. To request a credit, you must provide proof of address to the hotel and cancel your reservation following the hotel’s instructions. All credit requests must be submitted before the arrival date.
Cancellations
Our standard cancellation policy requires a 7-day notice. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, you agree to forfeit your first night’s deposit. Group reservations (10 rooms or more) are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy. A deposit equivalent to your first night’s rate is required 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you agree to forfeit your first night’s deposit. Please note that terms and conditions may vary, and certain blackout dates may apply on a hotel-by-hotel basis.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that, unless an alternative arrangement is made with you or the named guest, the provided credit card will be used to cover all accommodation costs, ancillary expenses incurred during the stay, any room damage, and any cancellation or no-show fees.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Our check-in time is from 2 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM. Earlier check-in and later check-out times may be arranged based on availability, with applicable day-use charges, if any.
